Industrial/Commercial Gate Installation Contracts Include:
- Written completion date
- Gate drawing so gate can be seen as it will appear upon completion
- Site plan to show the location of both the gate and the operating equipment. The plan will also show where the wiring is buried, as a reference for future projects
- Site Cleanup which is performed at the end of each day. At the end of the project, the job site is thoroughly cleaned and restored to its former state. Special circumstances should be discussed, i.e. hauling away certain debris, etc.
